As CEO of Smart Way Solutions LLC, she leads the creation of innovative programs, customized curricula, and strategic support systems for nonprofit and for-profit schools, childcare centers, and early learning programs.
With over 20 years of experience in business development, teaching, mentoring, and leadership training, Dr. Cooper specializes in STEM and STEAM initiatives, workforce readiness, and organizational development. Her work spans age groups and industries, supporting learners from infancy through adulthood and helping institutions implement purposeful, future-focused educational strategies.
Dr. Cooper is also the founder of Jump Start Builders, a dynamic STEAM pre-construction initiative designed to introduce young learners to the world of skilled trades. Through hands-on activities, engaging curricula, and educator training, the program blends foundational construction skills—like measurement, blueprint reading, and safety—with core STEAM concepts. From early childhood Block Centers to middle school workbooks and summer camps, Jump Start Builders sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and opens doors to real-world possibilities.
As a published author and thought leader, Dr. Cooper has co-authored several books focused on education, leadership, and self-advocacy. Her work empowers students, educators, and professionals to overcome challenges, advocate for their growth, and align their work with purpose.
